SLow Performance

I've downloaded the latest Bata (version 7.0 beta 7) and since doing so my launch box/big box has more or less ceased to function. It's running so slow that I keep thinking it's crashed. The box art takes forever to load and launching big box now takes about a minute to load. Once loaded it takes another 20secs before I can move the wheel up or down. Within Launch box itself, once I refresh an image it totally gives up and crashes. It's been fine up until the last update.
