Delete Rom throws error cannot delete file

When deleting a rom the application prompts if you want to delete the file as well, if you say yes it throws a rights error and cannot delete file. This only started in the latest 7 beta.

Hi Anonymous, this happens if the operating system has a lock on the file for some reason and then LaunchBox can't delete the file. Nothing changed for this stuff in the latest betas. I've tweaked the error message to make this more clear.
