No licence.xml

Issue #1993 invalid
Former user created an issue

No licence.xml file in any of my folders. i paid for big box one year upgade. I had to delete everything and start over. I reinstalled launch box, no big box and no licence.xml file. is there no place to sign in that I am a member? I want to get the black friday life time deal for 20 dollars today.
