Ability to edit paths with copy/paste?

Is it possible to add the ability/function to edit the paths for a platform directly? As it is, I have my media (games, images, etc) in a seperate folder, where it can be shared among different front-ends. When going into Manage Platforms -> Edit Platform -> Folders - would it be possible to make it so that you can just type/paste the path directly into the folder path box, instead of having to browse and click through 5-6 folders for each item?
