ROM importing issue

Hi there, I imported my ROM collection fine, and everything from the initial import plays fine. However, when I import anything else, the game wont play. I can confirm the file is fine, it plays through MAME fine, Launchbox loads the artwork and everything associated, but fails to initialize the ROM. I'm running Launchbox 6.12. Windows 10 Bigbox also fails to load any ROM installed after the first initial installation.
