Problem Loading Installer

I am trying to download LaunchBox from your website and having difficulty.

I am using Windows 10, Home Edition.

In Firefox I go to the download page on your website, enter my email, and hit "download". When I go to my inbox the I click on the email and then the URL for download. A new tab then opens with the following message.

In Windows Edge I go through the same process, except when I click the URL it brings up an "Empty Page" and a message pops up asking me if I would like to download a .txt file. If I hit yes it tells me that the file could not be downloaded.

I have also tried this on three different emial accounts. My yahoo account didn't even receive an email.

Firefox can’t find the file at https://www.launchbox-app.com/download?g=e5a11f53-a55a-4d76-aa7b-c823f2eb48ed.

Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.
Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.

Hi Anonymous, we had an issue for a few hours with the downloader, my apologies for that. It should be fixed now.
