New view in Bigbox (Grid)

2 new layouts in BigBox resizable grid view . ie 4 x 4 covers 4 x 8 covers ect similar to how lauchbox already displays its covers

2nd view the same as bove but allowing details and video to be displayed also at the same time

Oh yes this is a very good idea, I actually love how launchbox looks like, it should be very nice to have a similar option on bigbox.

A grid view would be great, and one of the features which drew me to LB in the first place. Don't forget to vote (on the right) if you like an idea.

I was about to make a proposal myself, then I saw this excellent post.

This is what I came up with as features on the theme level:

• Specify dimensions of image
• Specify number of rows and columns (could be anything you'd like, why limit it?)
• Vertical and/or horizontal scroll

Yes this is something I could really use for the theme I am currently working on. Ideally rather than a view I think this would be better being as Roet-Ivar has said above and this could be achieved via a new option on the wheel for grid with options for flow direction and number of rows/columns. I think for this to works well though it would also require the wheel to have the option to display steam banners in addition to the boxes and carts currently available. Steam banners are all a specified height and width regardless of platform which should work a lot better for a grid style view than the choices currently available

A grid view is something I've wanted to see in BigBox for a while!

Grid view would be highly appreciated because it delivers so many possibilities within bigbox for nice looking themes.. (e.g. AEL in Kodi looks so nice in grid views)

Added the wall view recently which solves this. At least a couple of themes are already using it.
