Image Priorities lists resets to default order

If the order of the Image Region Priorities list is changed from the default (but no items are checked) the list order reverts to the default the next time the list is opened. I would expect the region order to be retained regardless of whether items are checked.

Tested on:

• LaunchBox v7.0-beta-27
• Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

Actually this issue occurs for all of the image priority lists, not just region. Title changed accordingly.
