LaunchBox setup crashes when installing prerequisites for French language

LaunchBox Version 5.5 Operating System Windows 7 Operating System Architecture 64-bit Times Occurred Many Times Issue/Error: I'm installing LaunchBox on Windows 7 64 bits using french locale. I'm choosing french as language from the first setup dialog. After the dialog which displays what will be installed (.Net framework etc…) the setup displays following error :

Runtime Error (at 29:211): Erreur interne : ExtractTemporaryFile: The file "french3.ini" was not found. And setup ends there.

What were you trying to do at the time of the error? Install LaunchBox.

Are you able to reproduce this issue? Everytime.

I found that if I install all depencies (.Net framework etc…) myself and not let the setup try to install them for me the setup works flawlessly this time.
