Enhance launchbox to work with 640x480

Big box works perfect with 640x480 resolutions but some launchbox menues are too large to fit on screen and they do not scroll.

Please could you add scroll to launchbox configuration menues?

640x480 is the resolution that many many of us use when making arcades using crt tv's (specially people using component cables on 480i devices, we cannot use 480i 800x600 fake scaled res or 480i 1024x768 fake scaled res)

I even tried to use launchbox on 576i pal res and some menues still do not fit on screen, most of the time the buttons cancel and ok are out of screen and i cannot move the windows anymore.
