Change update download window to be non-modal

Downloading a LaunchBox update can take a while, especially on slower connections. During this time LB is unusable, as the download progress window is modal.

It'd be great if the download happened in the background, and once completed prompted the user to install it.

Maybe this could be an option when the download is first started (Download + Install Now, Download + Install Later, Skip)?
