Add option to disable the LaunchBox game controller cursor

Some controllers (including the new PS4 controller) have built-in touchpads that act as mice, so it's unnecessary and confusing for some controllers

Yeah, or vice versa or both. Also, reading the cursor graphic from a directory rather than from inside the exe is cool too. That way we can customize the cursor.
