Launchbox Games Won't Sync

I've only been using Launchbox for under a wekk and I find that it's actually very reliable and very easy to use (Retroarch gives me a few problems but I'm still still trying to work with that program so it's got nothing with do with this). Anyway, I've been adding tons of games (Rom collections I downloaded, individual Roms, even games from the Launchbox Database), which is part of the problem. I have three big issues: 1) it takes forever to actually sync my Launchbox collection to the Cloud storage system (I timed it; it takes well over 20 minutes), 2) it's hard for me to add my entire Neo Geo collection, and 3) this one is the most important as well--the games I downloaded from the Launchbox database (the PS2 stuff, a few Gamecube games, a few Wonderswan Color games I think) aren't showing up in my Launchbox program. It will add new systems/games when I import them onto the Launchbox program and then sync it up but it doesn't add the games that I added from the database. Is there something I'm missing? Do I need to have a Big Box license to add games via the database?
