Add option to skip certain genres

This would especially be handy for skipping the (seemingly) trillions of sports games that exist across all eras. I myself am a data hoarder and keep complete rom sets even if I don't want to play them, however when setting up a front-end, it would be nice to tell the scanner to ignore all Sports games for example.
