Add option to go back to last game or not go back to last game

i don't want BB to go back to my last game played. i'd prefer the old behavior where it starts out at the top of the game list. many people may like this new default, but not everyone, so i think it should be configurable. further than this, i would like to go back to the last "platform" but starting at the top of the list and not at the last game played. it's best not to take away what people may already be used to without giving them a choice of new/old behavior, imho

these settings would be nice to have as well: Start: alphabetical Start: at X Platform Start: at last Platform
