Problem with videos crashing BigBox

Hi lately a new problem has appeared for me with BigBox, while browsing games I constantly get a error message that says: Video Could Not Be Played Or Is Incompatible With VLC VLC Instance Pointer Is Zero

This is a new problem which has popped up in the latest biulds of LaunchBox. can you please tell me how to fix this problem? -Rob
