Adding Multi-Publishers and Developers creates joined entries as well as separate entries in the publisher/developer database

Launchbox Version: 7.5-beta-3 Windows Version: Windows 10 latest Pro version as of writing The issue occurs every time I create a new multi-publisher/developer entry for a game. (I am doing it via the audit window)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open audit window.
2. Find any game and edit it.
3. Add a publisher or developer to the one already there either by typing a semicolon, space and the name or by finding it in the database and checking it off.
4. You will now see both the two separate developers and the joined developer entry in the list.

I believe this is not intended.
