When renaming a platform, auto rename associated directories on disk

When a platform is renamed through Tools->Manage Platforms, a new directory structure for the platform images, manuals, and so on is created. Instead the old platform directories should be renamed to the new platform name, ensuring collected images, manuals, etc are kept with that platform.

As it stands if I rename a platform (e.g. Sega Genesis to Sega Mega Drive), then perform an image cache cleanup, all of the images disappear. They still exist on disk, but are simply in the wrong location.

Perhaps provide a dialog prompt to auto rename folders on disk when renaming a platform?
