Complete Mouse Functionality on the Wheels

Currently, the mouse functionality is incomplete.

1. Trying to drag the focused item on the wheel results in failure. Soon as you click it, it goes inside that focused item. It should be a released left click that triggers going in. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to pull it down because the pressed click takes priority.

2. Dragging the wheel down from the top small item causes the wheel to get discombobulated momentarily.

3. Dragging the mouse wheel upward doesnt work. It only goes one direction, down.

4. Mouse wheel should shift the wheel up/down or forward/back when mouse is hovered over any part of the wheel.

For ppl using controllers, not a big deal. But it becomes one when trying to create content for bigbox. That's where mice and keyboard are used more often.
