Minimal official theme for low resources machines

i use bigbox in low reasource PC (Quadcore Atom, 2 GB RAM)... and custom themes stop responding too much for a while... so what about a new official minimal theme, like the picture? i dont like the default bigbox theme, look too messy and hard to read.
