Mouse Popping up on Startup Video and Initial Load of Big Box, Title Bar Appearing on Launch

For some reason, the mouse will appear in the middle of the start up video, and after the video transitions to Big Box the mouse will reload again in the center.

I also noticed after the start up video is done and Big Box opens the title bar will appear a few times, almost like Big Box is changing resolutions. The title bar issue only seems to happen on the initial load after a reboot.
