v7.6 / Windows 10 / Permanent / Check Vertical Wheels 2-4 for Gamelist / No Error

Hi, i don´t know if its a bug cause i´m new to LaunchBox. But shouldnt the Gameslist Vertical Wheels 2-4 like something like Wheel 1 but different? Cause Wheel 2-4 all shows the same Coverflow style.

Thanks 2 more questions not bug related: What is the "Blocker" Priority setting meaning? I read some german bugreports here. Is german an option here? :) Or is english prefered? Thanks again :)
