Feature request: User game ratings

Couldn´t find something about this. I would love to be able to download some kind of User-Game-Ratings file or you could implement some king of database for this option maybe? So i could sort my gigantic collections by these ratings and find the best games in my collection that i´ve never heared of before. Maybe this option could have multiple game rating fields, for example: Short Play Fun: 1/100, Long Play Fun 90/100 This would be my settings for Zelda(SNES). :) And we (users) could decide to upload some kind of ratings file so you can merge them to a database or something? You see, i have no clue what i am talking about. xD But i hope you understand me.

Also, there should be 1 to 10 rating system with half stars.
