Images lost

Hello my launch box version just updated to 7.4 out of no where and lost all the images attached to my roms. Some I added myself through adding single games and getting my own box art and now that it has updated I lost over half of the images that were attatched to the roms is there any way to get this back I really don't want to add 500 images one by one
