BigBox: Rotating animations in left sidebar jump slightly

• Windows 10 The rotating animation for the left side lists is jumping slightly. I switched to sliding as it was giving me a slight headache. The rotations for videos and game boxes look fine.

This is a clear issue and it is easy to replicate. Some of the types of animations in Big Box don't work very well in some places, just because the math in the animations just doesn't apply well in certain situations. We should either filter out those animations for those areas in Big Box, or figure out how to fix those little glitches.

I believe these transition issues were fixed a while ago.
