Create setting for valid ROM names

Issue #247 wontfix

Sometimes older emulation setups have save files and savestates in the ROM directory. If someone is either dumb or not paying attention (like me), it's easy to get LaunchBox to save 'save' files as new games, causing a bunch of repeated titles you have to investigate and remove.

On possible feature is to set valid suffix names like ".smc" or ".srm" so LaunchBox won't go looking for that third copy of Final Fantasy II.

This has definitely been a point of confusion, but there are ways to do it properly without any complications. If you add the games by files, you can search in the browse dialog to only return *.nes, for example, and then select them all. Or, you can simply drag and drop the ROMs you want to add into LaunchBox.

I don't really want to add an extension filter because I want to keep it as simple as possible. That said, this is a point of confusion for some people, so we should look for other ways to make it more simple.
