Hi all,

I've tried extensive research on this problem and it seems like its a common issue with the lag as we add more games to the Launchbox system. The problem seems to be coming from MAME with over 30,000 games, but when i take it off the system, the lag goes away. I am assuming launchbox is not able to handle this many games? It seems like the more I add the more it starts to get laggy. Its happening in both LaunchBox and BigBox

I am also noticing as I add more games, the theme video and background images starts to pop/show up a bit slower, its not instant like hyperspin, we need this to be more snappier/ quicker/crispier loading.

My PC specs:

I am running windows 10, with Launchbox version 7.6

I7 3.0ghz ,6gb Ram , video card nvidia geforce GTX 760 , I am running Mame and LaunchBox BigBox off external 3.0 Harddrive

I am coming from Hyperspin and I really like this BigBox interface, Please have a fix for this in the future updates.
