unable to update

this is really beginning to upset me guys can't up date anything from you now get error every time...... first it was launch box and now big box ...is there some kind of conflict with windows 10 ...every time ive tried the up dates i have shut off my antivirus and firewall software only to get errors in your up date ive even tried a clean install still errors whats up with this Iam not a programmer so keep it simple if you can
