VLC Startup Video Screen Option

Greetings! Like many I am a user of a multi monitor set up. My primary display is an Ultrawide 2560x1080p 75hz 21:9 and is labeled as "display 2". My secondary display is a standard 1920x1080p 60 hz16:9 and is labeled as "display 1" (Confusing I know. Talk to my GPU about it... not my choice). I have it set up now so that everything runs on my secondary. All games launched through BigBox and LaunchBox run on this display. The only thing that does not run on my secondary display is the startup video. No matter what I have tried I cannot get BigBox to play the startup video on the secondary monitor. Could we please add an option somewhere (preferably in a menu and not through editing an .ini file) to control where the startup video is played on a multi monitor system?
