Issue in the forums with the dark theme

If you are using the dark theme in the forums the and at certain resolutions the header only shows the little menu box but it is unclickable if you are using the white theme which is about as hard on your eyes as this BitBucket page then the menu works fine

it sort of looks like its greyed out and just needs to be turned on
