Having an issue updating from 7.8 beta 2 to current beta on Windows 10. At first had trouble downloading "the dependencies" .NET framework 4.6.2 - I manually dl'd and installed 4.6.2... Still having troubles with the update except then got "an exception occured during a WebClient request" error.. Tried again and got the original .NET error in other pic.

The new Windows 10 update solved the problem.
