cannot open use nintendo 64

had nintendo 64 running fine but now cannot open asks if i have permission etc tried deleting and reinstalling nintendo 64 (project 64) still same was working perfect before.. any ideas launch box / big crash when i select a game

will add to original problem it is happening to multiple systems can you roll back to a previous launch box build it says cannot access E drive (cd drive) my launchbo is in G drive Not E
