Artwork downloads break silently if LaunchBox drive runs out of space

Running LaunchBox 5.5 on Windows 10.

I had a situation last night where the drive I've installed LaunchBox to ran out of space while I was downloading artwork. This resulted in a number of corrupted (incomplete) images being created in my artwork folder and further ones just silently failing without the usual warning post-import notifying me of the failed downloads.

LaunchBox also crashed after completing the import, although I'm not sure if this was related or caused by something else.
