No email ever sent for download

I have tried to download the software 2 times now with 2 different emails and I never receive the download link email. It doesn't show up in any folder including the spam folder.

Hi guys, sorry to hear about these issues. Emails seem to be going out just fine, and we're getting tons of downloads, so I'm not sure what the issue might be here.
