Original Intro videos per console OR ability to run scripts before rom boot

as title states, Id like there to be a way to run a custom script before a rom boots, so that I can run the original boot animation for each console without having to mess with individual emulators.

To add to this, I also have the groundwork script to do this

D:\launchbox\vlc\x64\vlc.exe D:\launchbox\videos\boot\ps2boot.mp4 -f --no-video-title-show vlc://quit

Immediately after this script runs Launchbox can push the command to run the emulator and rom.
