Errors and Crashing

Hi Im trying to update my metadata it runs thru and hit about 75% done since I have most already get to the point it find files and then starts to give error about 200+ get to the end and then I get the Launchbox has crashed and click to close. It never did this till yesterday. Any ideas. I hate to have to re-download all my meta as its large and I have a metered iSP (Xfinity/comcast) and dont want to go over. Any ideas how to fix?
