Help with Themes Please

Before I came over to LB I was using RetroFE (Linux based written in C+ with a VS Project). The developer liked my theme based around Dark13 Aeon Nox / Kodi designed hyperspin he made that the default theme.

I would like to port This design over to BB and i am looking for a good starting point. I am not up on XAML but I am familiar with XML, HTML and CSS. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Love that theme:) . But I would advise to ask in the forum theme section I bet one of the veterans can help you.
