Number of local players

My friends and I meet us regularly for gaming sessions on my couch. The main problem is to find new games which supports local multiplayer/co-op for 3 or 4 players. It would be really awesome if the number of local players would be scraped and saved as metadata, so I could easily filter these games. The MAME history DAT, TheGamesDB and sites like Co-Optimus already feature these info’s, it just needs to be scraped and saved.
