can not login

I either can not login or i forgot my password

Hi I signed up for a life time membership on March 26th receipt number is 11055778 and my email is [e-mail]

I tried doing the password recovery it said However, this email address is not on our database of registered users and therefore the attempted password reset has failed.

Can you get back to me and help me getting this fixed please
