Feature request: Add "Make Default and Play" command to Additional Apps right-click submenu

Hi,

I love the feature where I can import my ROMs, and LaunchBox will automatically combine games based on their names, assigning different versions to "Additional Apps" within the root game during the import.

However, since the root game is assigned without human intervention during a mass import, it is frequently not the desired entry. And, to set it manually requires going into the game's Edit dialog, tabbing to Additional Apps, etc.

REQUEST: While hovering over a version entry in a game's right-click menu, offer the user a submenu with the command "Make Default and Play [Version]...", which will set that version as the root game, and then play it.

This would allow the user to set the game's root/default directly from the right-click menu, rather than having to enter the game Edit interface.
