MAME does not load.

New update actually loaded inside old version. Uninstalled everything and did clean install of Launchbox. MAME is crashing to desktop after reimporting games. This happens whether I'm in Launchbox environment or opening MAME directly. Tried to do a clean install of Mame but still not working. Have Windows 10 latest update, Mame .141 64 bit to match system and have had no problems until these recent events.
Don't know how to bring up log for launchbox but error code 3221225477 came up with Mame version .181 using Emuloader frontend.

I fixed issue. MSI Afterburner/RivaTuner were not recognizing MAME after updates to Windows 10. Update package still needs refinements to ensure program overwrite rather than implanting inside my old install. I don't install in programs files if it self-launches. Don't know if it makes a difference.

I fixed the main issue of MAME not launching: This is caused by MSI Afterburner no longer recognizing MAME on RivaTuner. I shut Afterburner down and everything works fine. My issue is now with update package needing to overwrite old software and recognize where installs are anywhere on the computer, not just Programs because I will never install a self-executing program there unless it needs OS support for launch. Also, this whole system for issue reporting is overly cumbersome and pointless. Connect your website to a support app that has at least auto-messaging capability to ensure customers know that issue is in a queue waiting for resolution or requires further information.
