NES / Famicom Rom set

Hi!

I`m new in launchbox, so I maybe lost here.

I`m trying to separeate NES roms from Famicom, BUt it will take me long enough. I Wonder, if I have a folder with a pack collection of + 6000 roms, how do I get Launch box to know wich is wich?
