Audio Normalization

I have been playing around with using audio normalization on VLC by editing the CFG file that LB/BB uses. The problem is many, if not most, of the videos and soundtracks for games are not all encoded equally so some will come through at intensely higher volume than others. I have made this change manually but I think LB/BB should be default use volume normalization to give a more consistent volume across all media.
