cant rotate screen

Just bought the premium of launchbox and I'am running a cocktail cabinet. How do I rotate screen. I've tried with my video card through windows but it is not working. Works with launchbox but when I try a launch a game it shows up in landscape mode. Hopefully you have a solution to this, if not would like a refund.
