Cannot update to 7.9

Hi,
Trying to update to 7.9, but after several attempts I have still not been successful. When attempting to update, I get an error message which reads:
'Unable to download update: An exception occurred during a WebClient request.'
I have attached a snipped jpeg of the dialogue box. Thanks
