Former user created an issue

Hi, I've requested to receive the download for LaunchBox several times and I still haven't gotten the download. I've waited months for the download and it hasn't showed up and I tried again today (4/23/17) and I still can't seem to get it. I would love it if I could get the download, my email is Salty64BIT@Gmail.com.
