"Download but do not replace existing media" option for Metadata doesn't check past first item.

Issue #2904 new

I've been submitting several backgrounds to the database and downloading them into Launchbox, but noticed a problem. When choosing to download Metadata, I choose the second option, to not replace any existing metadata or media. It appears when Launchbox checks for existing metadata to skip, it stops checking after it finds some and stops downloading the existing media entirely. I had three games in alphabetical order, the first didn't have a background, the second did, the third didn't. I scraped all three at the same time. Launchbox detected the first didn't have a background, and downloaded it. It detected the second did have a background, so it didn't download anything. Because it had already decided to not download a background, it didn't download anything for the third game despite there not being any existing metadata. When I tried more games at once, it was always the same. After a download has been skipped for existing media, it will not download that type of media for any game afterwards.

Everything works completely fine if I use the first option, to overwrite all media, as it downloads everything anyway. But I'd rather not download my entire library every time I want to update a single game.
