Launchbox 7.10-beta4 fails to start

After Launching 7.10-beta3 (which was working since updating to it), followed the prompt to install beta4 and after accepting the SDK installation thingy, it disappeared and now neither LaunchBox nor BigBox start up at all.

The only sign of activity is in Task Manager where the LaunchBox app appears momentarily along with a Location Information process that appears at the same time and disappears moments after LaunchBox.
