LaunchBox should be launched in the same language as installation program

I downloaded the LaunchBox 7.9 installer. The first thing that it asked me was what language I'd like to use, and I picked English. However, after installing it, Launchbox was launched in the system default language (pt-BR).

LaunchBox should use the chosen installer language as its default interface language.
