Funny achievements based on database data. Like DUNGEON rat when you run 20 rpg games or EASY TRIGGER when you play a lot on shooter games. Mushroom king when you play a lot of nintendo games. Etc

I think this could be a thing but I don't see it anytime soon. Maybe when LaunchBox comes to an almost finished state Jason can let fly his imagination and mess with us by implementing some crazy achievements.

Hahahaha, I think this is a great idea. Yeah, sadly not something to focus on in lieu of other features, but could be tons of fun. :)

Plus my suggestion of achievements vinculated to genres and companys. There's easy support for achievements on retroarch, http://retroachievements.org/. I tested and works very good.

We know of RetroAchievements, we covered it. That might be as far as it goes for us though.

ALI ESSA, it's a plus, not only a visual profile on launchbox of retroachievents. It's another type of achievements more linked to gaming profile and preferences.

Except it will take a lot to intercept the code for the achievements to have it displayed somewhere in LaunchBox or the website. If Retro Achievements has a website API, that might be the best possible way for there to be any integration.
